KLIA pickup and waiting
Send your flight and terminal details before travel so the airport pickup can be planned correctly. KLIA waiting is counted from your flight’s actual landing time.
Before you meet your driver
Send your airline, flight number, scheduled arrival time and KLIA terminal when enquiring.
Your flight’s landing time is not the same as the time you meet the driver. After landing, you may still need to complete immigration, collect your luggage and pass through customs before reaching the agreed meeting arrangement.
90 minutes free waiting is included from the flight’s actual landing time. After that, additional waiting is RM30 per 30 minutes.
Arriving before your hotel is ready?
If your flight arrives early and your hotel or resort is not ready for check-in, tell us when you enquire.
A suitable stop can sometimes be arranged before continuing to your destination, depending on the route and timing. Planned sightseeing, detours, extra pickup or drop-off points and extended waiting must be agreed in advance and may affect the quotation.
Normal short stops for toilets, refreshments, prayer or passenger comfort are part of normal journey planning and are different from a planned sightseeing stop.
Island connections
Travelling to an island? The road transfer ends on the mainland
My Little Taxi provides the road part of suitable island journeys from KLIA. The transfer ends at the mainland ferry or boat connection point, not on the island itself.
Send your flight details and confirmed ferry, boat or resort booking when enquiring. We check the appropriate mainland terminal and whether your flight arrival gives enough time for the planned connection.
If the timing works, the road transfer can finish at the correct jetty. If your flight arrives too late for the confirmed boat schedule, the agreed drop-off can instead be a hotel or other suitable accommodation near the jetty, with the onward boat journey continuing separately.
Ferry or boat tickets, accommodation and the onward island journey are separate unless your written quotation specifically states otherwise. My Little Taxi does not guarantee a ferry or boat connection.

Who plans and provides your KLIA transfer?
Your enquiry is handled by Anuar, the licensed taxi driver behind My Little Taxi. He checks your flight, terminal, destination, passengers, luggage and any agreed special arrangements before the journey is confirmed.
Anuar may drive the transfer himself. If he is not available, another licensed taxi driver may be assigned for your journey.
My Little Taxi provides the transfer under an authorised commercial taxi and insurance arrangement. Your journey is arranged for one private group, not as a shared transfer or marketplace booking.

How is the KLIA waiting time calculated?

Can you provide a baby seat or booster seat?

Can I arrange a transfer to KLIA or a return journey?
